Closed slopes in Bansko for the Snowboard World Cup

The preparations for the Snowboard World Cup in Bansko begin on January 18, 2018 and the slope "Alberto Tomba" will be closed. The track 9A is already under construction. All other courses are open depending on the weather conditions. The snow cover in the ski area is excellent thanks to the snow system and the heavy snowfalls of the last few days.

For the races in Bansko 50 000 cubic meters of snow will be produced and over 160 professionals and volunteers will prepare the courses. The races will take place between January 26 and 28, the training is scheduled for January 25.
