The big star of the race so far is the Croatian Filip Zubčić (silver medalist in the giant slalom 2021 in Cortina d’Ampezzo and three-time World Cup winner). Zubčić's last big success was the GS victory in Bansko on February 27th, 2021. The Slovenian Jean Kranec, who has 2 victories for the World Cup and a total of 7 podiums is also coming to Bansko. Istok Rodeš from Croatia and the Slovenian Stefan Hadalin also confirmed participation. Due to the perfect snow conditions the skiers from Croatia and Slovenia will do their training camp for the new season in Bansko.
Bulgaria will be represented by Albert Popov, Kamen Zlatkov, Kalin Zlatkov and Konstantin Stoilov. The hosts of the four starts are BFSki and Ulen. From the beginning of April, in addition to our national team, Croatia, Slovenia and Poland will also have training camps in Bansko.
