Deborah Compagnoni left her ski boot in Bansko!
The legendary Italian skier, who has three Olympic gold medals and won 16 World Cup starts during her glorious career, was one of the official guests for the opening of the 2023-2024 ski season in Bansko on December 16th. The trophy she left in Bulgaria is her autographed Lange racing ski boot. Any fan of the white caravan can see it on the Wall of ski legends, which for the past 2 decades has been filled with sports artifacts that have been used and donated by more than 30 greats of winter sports, including Franz Klammer, Rosi Mittermeier, Kristian Ghedina and Hermann Maier-the Herminator.


After Deborah Compagnoni left part of her glorious sports career in Bulgaria’s Best Ski Resort, the legendary Italian visited the cult bar Happy End, where DJ Deelight made sure that all guests danced until dawn.

The Wall of ski legends is located in one of the coziest restaurants in Bansko - Sopranos, where guests of the city can enjoy a cozy atmosphere, refined Mediterranean cuisine and excellent wines.
