Bansko Loyalty Club, a program for loyal guests

Ulen values ​​its loyal guests who prefer to ski or snowboard in the best winter resort on the Balkans. This is why we have the pleasure to introduce Bansko Loyalty Club – a new program for all guests who buy seasonal ski passes. Everyone can take advantage of it. The benefits for loyal guests will increase with each level. The program includes three types of cards - Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Anyone who meets the conditions below and has given their consent to participate the Club may enjoy the privileges offered. The program Bansko Loyalty Club was introduced in winter season 2018/2019.

Silver Card

Everyone who has bought seasonal ski passes in Bansko in two consecutive years acquires a Silver Card. The holders receive the following privileges:

- Fast track to the gondola lift

- 5 % discount at Maxsport stores

- 5 % discount at the restaurants and bars Sopranos, Happy End and Buchvite. This discount can be used once a day by presenting the Silver Card.

- Access to the stands for the FIS Ski and Snowboard World Cup in Bansko (only in case of racing events during the season for which the season pass was purchased)

- One ski or snowboard service

- Participation in a charity competition for loyal customers at the end of the ski season

- Special party for loyal customers

Gold Card

Everyone who has bought seasonal ski passes in four consecutive years acquires the Gold Card. It assures the following benefits:

- Fast track to the gondola lift

- Access to the stands for the FIS Ski and Snowboard World Cup in Bansko (only in case of racing events in the season for which the seasonal pass was purchased)

- Three times use of ski or snowboard service

- 10 % discount at Maxsport stores. Gold Card holders will receive invitations to special events for new collections.

- 10 % discount at the restaurants Sopranos, Happy End, Buchvite and in the Umbrella bars in the ski area. This discount can be used once a day by presenting the Gold Card.

- Participation in a charity competition for loyal customers at the end of the ski season

- Special party for loyal customers

- 50 % discount for all parking lots in the ski area and for the parking lot at the gondola station in Bansko during the daily working hours. This discount can be used only once a day and upon presentation of the Gold Card when paying the price at the parking lot.

Platinum Card

A Platinum Card will be obtained by anyone who has bought seasonal ski passes in six consecutive years. These loyal customers will enjoy the following privileges:

- Fast track to the gondola lift

- Access to the stands for the FIS Ski and Snowboard World Cup in Bansko (only in case of racing events in the season for which the season pass was purchased).

- Five times use of ski or snowboard service

- 15 % discount at Maxsport stores. Platinum Card holders will receive invitations to special events for new collections.

- 15 % discount at the restaurants Sopranos, Happy End, Buchvite and in the Umbrella bars in the ski area. This discount can be used once a day by presenting the Platinum Card.

- Participation in a charity competition for loyal customers at the end of the ski season

- Special party for loyal customers

- 90 % discount for all parking lots in the ski area and at the parking lot at the gondola station in Bansko during the daily working hours. This discount can be used only once a day and upon presentation of the Platinum Card when paying the price at the parking lot.

- When booking a double room in the hotels of Balkan Holidays the Platinum Card holders will receive as a compliment a free upgrade to a higher category accommodation (only in case such rooms are available).

- 10 % discount on online bookings at the Balkan Holidays website

The first winter season which which is taken to account for the program Bansko Loyalty Club is 2017/2018.

In case of termination of the membership in Bansko Loyalty Club (non-purchase of seasonal ski pass in consecutive winter seasons after the start of the Program), the client's rights are terminated. After subsequent purchase of a seasonal ski pass the Program starts from the beginning.

With this program Ulen wants to thank its loyal guests and make their stay in the ski area and in Bansko even more pleasant.
