The compilation of the tastes has been created by two internationally recognized chefs -  the lord of Kempinski's kitchen - Trevor Portelli from Malta and his colleague Giovanni Porcu, who is from Sardinia.

Their menu has a unique taste because it is based on authentic Italian recipes, prepared with local and seasonal high quality products. The homemade pasta, that you can try at Come Prima with a view at the pool reaching the north ridges of Pirin, is as incredible as it is beautifully arranged and served.
