Once again Bansko hosted the finalists of "Learn to ski" – a social project of the Bulgarian Ski federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The winners of the 10th edition were awarded with a 4-day camp and a meeting with BFSki President Tseko Minev and his deputy Georgi Bobev.

"We've managed to train 30,000 children during the last 10 years! This is one of BFSki's greatest achievements and it was awarded by FIS, because we are the first organization to accomplish such a big project for benefit of teenagers. The program is directly linked to the mountains and the love for winter sports, nature and its conservation. We wish that "Learn to ski" can reach more kids, because over 60% of the participants continue skiing. Many schools even in cities like Varna, Plovdiv and Burgas, where there is no mountain nearby, want to participate the program - we've received hundreds of letters in the Ski Federation and in the regional school inspectorates", said Tseko Minev.
