The emergency situation in Bulgaria is extended until April 30th, 2021.
Starting on Friday, January 29th until the end of April all people arriving in Bulgaria must submit a document for a negative PCR test, which is made up to 72 hours before entering the country. 
Exceptions are allowed only for truck and bus drivers, ship and aircraft crews, border workers and those transiting through the country. All other Bulgarian citizens and foreigners with permanent residence, as well as members of their families who do not present a document will be quarantined for 10 days.

- At the moment in Bulgaria the hotels operate with limited capacity. The restaurants can only serve hotel guests in compliance with all safety rules.
- The ski resorts work in compliance with all anti-epidemiological measures, which you can read HERE.
- Starting on February 1st, gyms can open with up to 50% of the maximum capacity ot guests. Shopping malls will also open, but minors will only be allowed to enter accompanied by an adult.
- Starting on March 1st, the restaurants and bars will be open, except for the night clubs. They can operate with 50% of the capacity and with a distance between the chairs of 1,5m.

Indoor masks are obligatory!
Until April 30th all persons in public transport and indoor public places will be required to wear a face mask. The use of helmets or other means covering the nose and mouth is excluded. Exceptions are allowed for guests of dining and drinking establishments and for children up to 6 Y.O.
